How do I register?

You can register by going through our quick sign up page. Or you can sign up even quicker if you register by using your login details through Facebook Connect.

How much does it cost?

If you're a Creative, nothing. Well, up to a massive 50Mb
For those who need more then upgrade to Unlimited Storage for £3.99 a month. Minimum 12 month Contract.
For Agencies/Head Hunters it's £9.99 a month. Minimum 12 month Contract.

Why do I have to pay?

The Creative floor is Free for all students for 12 months. We’d recommend you use it in your last year. We’d love to give everyone a Free portfolio. However we all have to eat! And storage space costs us money. We’ve kept the costs to a minimum and look forward to adding more features in the future that will add even better value.

How do I upload images?

Simply format your images to jpegs. Ideally 8 Meg per image.

How do I upload videos?

To keep your films looking their best you can only upload them as:
MP4’s (h264) or as an FLV
Ideally less than 10 Meg per video.
For videos to play on iPads, iPhones or iPods the video cannot exceed the resolution of 640x480 pixels.

Can someone have the same URL link as me?

No. Not unless you cancel your account. Once you do this, your URL name is up for grabs.

How do I cancel my account?
